Reason for today’s visit was to look at replacing an exhaust fan in the primary bathroom on the second floor. The existing fan looked original to the home and was half hanging off the ceiling. After inspecting the fan from the attic I found that there was no ventilation to the exterior of the home. I removed the existing fan and installed a customer supplied Homeworks 110 CFM fan and its place and ran 4 inch venting from the new fan out to a gable vent. I also replaced the switch control in the fan with a touchscreen controller that came with the fan. Once installed The customer and I checked out the fan and everything works properly.
