-Arrived onsite and did the first whole home inspection that this resident had. I explained in depth what all it involved and then began upstairs, and worked my way down, and to the panel. Throughout the home i found 2 switch’s in the upstairs hall bath, 2 switches in the first floor bath, and one in the laundry room that were old and certainly on their way out. Either the switch was cracked, loose, or making crackling sounds because it was old and barely making a connection. Other then that, after opening both panels i found 1 multifeed for the dish disposal circuit that i pulled the resident aside and was able to explain why it should be addressed. Otherwise, he has some future projects he wants to get done but it sounds like he’s shooting for this summer for that so for now, i wrote up options to do the multi feed correction, and then one option to do it with the switches. For now he wanted to just address the multifeed so that’s what i did. I went downstairs, removed the old 2 15
