Customer was told they needed to change electrical panel in condo due to the fact it is a federal pacific panel. These panels have been proven to be extremely dangerous. This estimate includes removing existing federal pacific electrical sub panel Installing a new square d qo electrical sub panel Installing new electrical breakers properly sized Separating the grounds and neutrals due to the fact it is a sub panel Labeling electrical panel so the customer knows what breakers control what throughout the home Permit Inspection January 18th 2023 I removed the federal pacific sub panel for the home I installed a 200 amp main lug 30 space square d QO electrical sub panel I installed new standard properly sized breakers I separated all the grounds and neutrals I installed ground bars in the panel for all the grounds I then labeled the electrical panel I also removed and replaced a receptacle in the spare bedroom that was burnt up due to back stabbed outlets This comes with a 1 year
