Upon my electrical inspection to the home i found violations that have to be corrected according to the national electrical code. And i found issues in the home that should be corrected to ensure the safety of the residents and the Efficiency to the electrical system Someone removed the existing electrical panel and installed a 200 amp square d homeline electrical panel but did not pull a permit and the work was never inspected. The SEU cable that fed the original panel was 2 awg and thats what feeds the 200 amp panel now. The seu cable MUST be replaced with a 4 awg seu cable thats rated to handle 200 amps. Also the grounding and bonding is not up to date for code which is required anytime a panel is to be replaced. The home is missing a ground rod outside of the home and the wire size going to the cold water ground is the wrong size. It needs to be a #4 ground wire within 5 feet of the entrance of the main water shut off pipe. Also the home is missing a bonding system at the wat
