He told me he preferred the switch be in the room where an existing dead end 3 way switch already is, so we would have to pull a line up from there to the 2 gang we would install, to add the new switch. For the hall bedroom we would make the switch controlled outlet hot and install an over under switch, so the fan and light could be controlled independently without using pullchains. We would pull a new 14-3 line from the switch to the bar brace box, and install the customer fan as close to center of the room as we can, and do the same in the master bedroom.
