Need better system for Service appointments .. No Tune up Appt availability .. 10:00 -2:00pm came 1:45pm NO advanced call Office never called back

I am sorry you feel this way. Your last tune up was done on 12/28/23 and then it was done 1/13/25. Your service plan only includes 1 every 12 months and you had it done within 2 weeks of one year after, in the middle of the winter. If you feel this way next year, please call me.
