Martin was very professional, he stepped through a few diagnostic steps to isolate issue of a clogged nozzle. What I found irritating was the service repair number was not available to me once I did not have the correct phone number and it was not listed on the fuel ordering website. Fortunately my heat was not a issue just hot water I left a couple of messages on phone but was instructed that the phone call would be returned on the next business day, since this occurred over the weekend I was left out of luck. My suggestion is to make the main number available on all contact points.
