Angel the service man was great. Always good service from him. I am NOT happy with the company charging me $260.00 for a part that is sold for $52.00. (Much cheaper when bought in quantity). The $300.00 to install the part (and that's after a service agreement discount of $61.00) Annual service agreement is for complete labor, not a discount. Additionally, as a person very well knowledgeable of boiler repair, the whole job should NOT have been over $125.00. This is an absolutely ridiculous price gouging from Hart. After over 30 year as a customer, I am NOT HAPPY.

Good Afternoon, I am sorry you feel we are “gouging” you. We charge a very fair and competitive rate which enables us to pay our union employees the wages needed to keep them so they can be available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Purchasing a part at the cheapest spot online is always an option for you, however, it wouldn’t include any sort of labor or warranty.
