Dawson was both efficient and knowledgeable. He offered to first try a solution that would be less invasive and less expensive to replace a piece of my outdoor faucet before doing the more complicated repair which involved cutting through the drywall . It worked! He finished fixing the faucet and my bathroom drain in under an hour. He is pleasant and polite . Highly recommend him and Chen plumbing
