We had an apparently hard to fit bathtub pipe and multiple plumber visits had us buying several different replacement tub spouts, none of which would work. Finally, Tim Chen came out and fixed it with the original hardware. We can finally shower and can return the other three items for a refund! Woo hoo! Thanks, Tim

Remove existing toilet and haul away. Install customer supplied toilet and repair toilet flange. Customer needed toilet replaced. Gave customer quote to install customer provided toilet and customer agreed. Removed old toilet and hauled the way. Inspected flange and found that flange was broken and recommended to customer to have it repaired. Went ahead and made repair on flange. Set new toilet down and tested. No leaks present at this time. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area. Would let caulking dry for minimum of 12 hours before use.
Old laundry machine valves leaking upon arrival. Customer states the valves constantly drip and they no longer use them. Gave customer the option to replace it with new valves or capping the old water lines. Gave customer both estimates, customer chose to just cap the water lines. Capped off old water lines and left in the wall. Turned water back on to check for leaks, found no leaks. No leaks upon departure
This job replaced the pressure reducing valve with a Zearn NR 3XLPRVW union it is the only PRV that would fit in its space couldn’t use any other without re-typing it. The customer does not have a meter. The water is shut down by the HOA. He does have a shut off valve, but everything is too close to each other to essentially re-pipe it properly so therefore went ahead and installed the double union PRV there’s no leaks set to 65 pounds For replace the shower drain in the master bathroom on the stall install a new P-trap. However it started leaking so I went back with a new solvent, weld PVC 2 inch P-trap and fix the leak by cutting it out and redoing it essentially once that was installed, there’s no leaks. The customer requested to leave the shower great off Because he will be putting on a different one than the one that oatey supplies. At this time, there’s no leaks customers back by one year warranty parts and labor no further issues at this time.
Call to provide estimate for gas line to fireplace. Arrived and inspected site. Inspection revealed that there is no pressure regulating valve on home. Water volume consistent with galvanized waterline. Likely old galvanized water main from meter to home. Hose spigot relocation is feasible, and I have provided estimate for that work. Gas line installation is possible, and I have provided an estimate for that work. Measurement notes. fireplace from corner. (106”) (229” from corner to gas meter). Fireplace gas line Ice maker line Water hammer in shower, hot side Hose spigot relocate and replace
We were called out today due to clients 7 yr old nat gas water heater leaking out in the basement. So, we replaced the failed water heater with new Rheem pro series 50 gal SHORT nat gas water heater. Old unit was a tall model, and the venting was not acceptable with how tight it was, so a short model was the only option. New unit was installed in a pan with a cap in it per code, and a new ball valve shutoff, new coated gas flex and gas shutoff, new properly supported thermal expansion tank per code, and all new vent pipe to the tie in point. Water was done in copper pipe and propress fittings. Got air out and turned unit on. No issues. 6 yr manufacturer warranty on tank 2 yr labor warranty
For this CUSTOMER, baby shower drain that is leaking into the trap. However, there is some water damage that I would recommend getting taken a look at before we begin work for cutting out the drywall and trying to locate the leak appliable water restoration will be coming out to take a look before we begin work. The pressure reducing valve also needs to be replaced is a doubleunion Cumbraco, I may need to re-pipe and replace the pressure reducing valve with a 25 AV at this time. The customer wants to see what the mitigation company says before proceeding with the replacement of the drain.
Customer stated that they needed help replacing tub spout. Tub spout customer has ordered is slightly different than the original one and requires a more invasive approach to replace it. Customer didn’t want us to take the invasive route to install tub spout that she currently has. So Customer ordered another tub spout and will give us a call once it comes in.
Returned to install customer supplied gas control valve and burner assembly. Installed new gas control valve and burner assembly. Turned gas and water back on no leaks, fired up unit. Unit is working properly and no leaks upon departure

Customer wanting pvc lines cleaned out upon arrival. Customer has wires that were ran through the pvc lines removed. After checking found pvc lines do not drain they make a U shape under the sidewalk, informed customer we could dig down below ground, cut the pvc and glue a cap on each one and cover up. Gave customer estimate customer approved estimate. Dug down on all 8 pvc lines and cut them below grade and glued caps on all of them. Covered the caps back underground.
Replaced a 40 gallon gas water heater with Rheem pro tank , Pan , expansion tank and new relief line to outside
Customers water heater not lighting upon arrival. Customer stated he was doing the yearly service and after draining and trying to relight the water heater it would no longer light. Informed customer we could attempt to light it first. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. After attempting to light found burner assembly not working properly. Informed customer we would need to call ao smith and have the parts shipped in since the water heater was under warranty. Have new gas control valve and burner assembly being shipped over night. Customer will call once the parts come in. Customer paid for us attempting to relight the water heater today. Informed customer that will be credited towards the cost when the new parts come in. Customer will pay $291.79 when we return to install the parts
Quoted tankless water heater replacement today
Customer stated the hose bib leaks even when shut off and the shower upstairs drains slow. After taking a look at the hose bib and shower also found tankless had not been serviced and was going on two years old. Gave customer estimate to replace the spigot, cable the shower drain, and flush the tankless. Customer approved estimate. Replaced the spigot, ran cable through the shower drain upstairs and pulled back hair. Also flushed the tankless for an hour. Spigot is now working, shower upstairs is draining properly and the tankless has been serviced this year. Everything is working properly and no leaks upon departure.
