Customer had toilet clogged in children’s bathroom. Ran a closet auger to free the blockage. Noticed toilet wasn’t filling well and inspected the internals. Noticed the supply line from the fill valve wasn’t seated properly. Adjusted the internals to allow for proper filling in the bowl tested all work to ensure proper function toilet is flushing normally now.
Customer stated that they wanted quotes for a toilet replacement and also hose bib replacement. Also wanted a quote for a sink replacement and gave ball park estimate of $595-$1250. A credit of $49 will be added to any work we do within 30 days.
Gave customer discounted gas line repair and black iron removal for transition from gas stove top to electric. Advised customer on other issues with pressure and water heater leaking. Strongly advised customer to proceed with estimate given today.
Customer had broken handle on widespread lavatory faucet. Installed new widespread lavatory faucet that customer provided. Made customer aware there is no warranty provided on customer supplied parts. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Customer stated that he knew they had a cast sewer line that may need replacement soon. Left price for camera inspection of sewer line from basement cleanout.
Client called us out due to master bathroom shower drain slow draining. While we were on site, client had us check out a couple other plumbing jobs they would like in the near future, like replacing the 80 gal electric tank, with nat gas tankless water heater, and replacing the toilet and pedestal sink in main floor 1/2 bathroom, with new customer supplied toilet and new customer supplied vanity. Today we ran our mini ridgid flex shaft down the master bathroom shower drain to remove all the hair in the drain pipe. Pulled a lot of hair out, then put cap back on and tested. Shower is now draining as it should. NO WARRANTY ON DRAIN CLEANING Customer has a moen flow on the home, showing home wage pressure right around 60 psi. Emailed estimates for the water heater and the main floor 1/2 bathroom toilet and vanity.
Customer had water discharging from the t&p line on 18 year old water heater. Replaced the water heater with a new pan, ball valve, and thermal expansion tank. Connected to existing water, gas, and vent lines. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
Remove old water heater and haul away. Furnish and install new 50 gallon gas water heater with new thermal expansion tank and shut off valve. Also install new Prv and main water shut off valve. Install new fill valve and seal on toilet by kitchen.
Returned and removed the old Rinnai tankless water heater. Installed a new Navien NPE 240A2. Reconnected to the existing gas and water lines. Cut a new tee, thermal expansion tank, and new shutoffs for the hot and cold lines feeding the tankless. Ran the intake inside the crawlspace and ran the exhaust out of the existing wall penetration. Used hydraulic cement inside of the existing gasket for the old penetration and used a shield to partially cover. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. #8928

Homeowner wanted widespread lavatory faucet replaced in hall bathroom. Found sink draining slightly slow if you filled it up. When doing a small courtesy drain clean The clog got worse and completely stopped up the lavatory drain . Attempted to clear with flex shaft multiple times with no luck Ran flex shaft through roof vent to clear blockage. Replaced homeowner provided toilet seat and hall bath. Replaced flapper in the toilet as a courtesy due to the chain being too short and getting kinked often. Tested all repairs and replacements with no leaks or failures at time of service.
Completed tankless water heater installation in Doraville today. Customer wanted endless hot water and energy savings. Removed old tank unit and installed new Navien tankless system with digital controls. Updated gas line for proper BTU supply and installed new venting system. Customer stated that thermal expansion tank was leaking. Replaced thermal expansion tank and brought up to code. Water heater is from 2005 and recommended customer to have water heater replaced. Will send estimates to do so.
