Found a small leak p trap under the sink , replaced with a new p trap , no charge
With CUSTOMER, he had to redo the icemaker waterline with new compression angle stop however we had to modify it the customers on a slab and the pipes come in from a really weird angle from the slab so we had to modify the compression angle stops. We replaced the hot and the cold and then we also replaced the icemaker waterline as well. Use the tea with the street 90 to make the drop connection in order to tile onto the waterline connection for the icemaker once complete. There are no leaks from the angle stops. The customer also wanted us to supply and install a brand new faucet so therefore we installed a chrome American standard faucet single hole with the plate Once installed there are no leaks.
Call to inspect faucets and miscellaneous issues. Met with Ms. Linda on site and she explained that she would like us to: Inspect downstairs faucet and likely replace or repair. Inspect powder room sink drain (doesn’t stop water). Inspect master bathroom left side faucet and pop up. I checked downstairs bathroom faucet and found the hot side to be in a severely corroded state, with seeping evident. Housing was falling to pieces in my fingers. We replaced this faucet with the provided faucet, and everything is working well without drips. Powder room faucet pop up has a corroded adjustment screw that has allowed the pop up to spring out and not correctly hold water when activated. We installed this customer provided faucet in 2024. I assisted in filing a warranty claim for Ms. Linda and delta is sending a replacement part. Master bathroom hot side faucet is in very poor shape, and I do not believe that attempting to repair would have positive results. I believe replacing the faucets
Today main line back up to first floor tub and toilet , we removed toilet , cleared blockage with chain snake , we tested with multiple toilet flushing and tub draining , we noticed water is coming out to the clean out on the right side the house , customer did not want us to do camera inspection, also customer stated this same issue happened about two years ago , no warranty .

Replaced a leaking 40 gal short water heater today , new Rheem 40 gas , expansion tank with mounting bracket and pan installed.
Came out to this customer home to take a look at an issue he was having with his dishwasher. I took off the trim plate to look underneath the dishwasher to see where it was leaking, and the leak was coming from the solenoid of this dishwasher unable to fix the dishwasher, upon the further inspection of the plumbing his water heater has a little bit of rust and corrosion, and the water pressure is at 70 psi. At this time the issue at hand was the dishwasher leaking and dishwasher failure.
Customer has a reschedule credit of 55 dollars, the home owner is wanting on a fridge to be replaced, however the customer will not have the refrigerator till march so she wanting to wait till it is closer to that time to replace the valve. The water line is a copper water line and goes behind the fridge and then under the slab into a saddle valve, we recommend repiping the water line for the Ice maker and install a box, and or install a 1/4 shut off valve for the ice maker. At this time we aren’t doing any work today.
First CUSTOMER they got a few issues going on here. One of the toilets needs a major rebuild done rather than a minor rebuild done. The toilet is only about a year old. It’s an American standard so therefore, I recommended to do a major tank rebuild of the toilet, so the customer wouldn’t have a constant drip anymore With that in mind. They also have a Delta faucet widespread that is constantly dripping and there’s a couple ways that we can go about repairing and/or replacing. If they supply us with the faucet, we can come back and install it. Also, we could also repair the faucet as well gave different estimates for that. Their water heater is from 2017 however, it is showing corrosion around the bottom of the tank and at the thermal expansion tank it looks like it’s been leaked before recommended to get that swapped out as well. The furthermore, the house picket on the right side of the home is constantly dripping. I recommended we go ahead and replace the hose bib from the crawlspac
Arrived customer home , found a soft tissue clog, we used chain snake cleared blockage and also did camera inspection, found “ belly “ in the line but not too bad , we also replaced a old Prv with new one because of high pressure, same time we replaced a bad expansion tank installed new one with a mounting bracket , replaced water heater shut off valve and some sharkbite fitting Discussed and signed up membership with Ms. sue chai today . Came out to this CUSTOMER‘s house to do a maintenance scheduled service went throughout the house and took a look around. Everything was looking good. Took a look at one of the showers and the Moen cartridge is a little stiff with a handle turning. I recommended to keep an eye on it and potentially end up replacing the cartridge at some point in addition to that everything else looks good. We had installed the water heater last year. The customer opted out on flushing the heater. He wasn’t interested on flushing it so therefore we did not provide that service along with doing a scope of the sewer line because there wasn’t an accessible clean out that I could source so therefore we did not do the scope report. At this time, the customer has no further issues or any issues at all.
