Chen Plumbing was incredibly professional from start to finish. From my first call, to updates about service time, and to Braulio taking care of us. Our issue was resolved quickly and the work is high quality. I’ll be using them again for any future plumbing needs without hesitation.
Two brothers came out and tag teamed our plumbing issues over a period of a couple of days. Both very pleasant and highly competent. Definitely would use them again.
They have good client communication. Before they started, they went over all the details
I had three visits from Chen Plumbing. Cody was the first plumber to come over, and Dawson and an assistant came back for the second and third visits. We had to diagnose and fix an underground leak before our insurance would approve the work. Once the repair was approved, Dawson and the assistant returned to complete the job. Both of them were incredibly professional and left our home in better condition than when they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by how they managed to keep our place clean during their visit, considering the repair was done under our kitchen floor. I am truly grateful to both of them, and they definitely deserve a raise!
The best I have encountered! Thorough, knowledgeable, methodical, honest, polite.

Homeowner had previously had us out to do an inspection and they wanted the garbage disposal replaced due to it leaking and they later approved which I returned to install today. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me and had agreed to replace the garbage disposal with a new 3/4 hp badger. I removed the old one and also the old collar and installed everything new with plumbers putty to create a seal. Once it was almost set in I asked the homeowners if they wanted me to fix the drain line for the garbage disposal because there was a gray fernco which could leak in the future and they agreed. I used a hub saver and reused the same 2 WYE and glued in a new piece of 1-1/2 pvc pipe and used a new p trap to which I also glued in the pipe. Once enough time passed for the glue to cure I hung the new disposal and installed the new tubular pipe and ran water to ensure there were no leaks. No leaks were found and homeowner is satisfied with the service provided.
we were contacted by customer regarding a reported clog in the kitchen sink line upon arrival and inspection. It was observed that the line had already cleared itself prior to any intervention on our part. We confirm the line was fully functional by running ample water through the sink, ensuring proper drainage at this time no work was performed as the issue resolved itself. Everything is operating properly.
Customer stated that there was a leak coming from between floors. Cut Ceiling and found that there was a quarter inch copper line going up. Upstairs in hall bath took back panel of shower off and found that on other shower valve service valve was leaking. Replaced O-ring on service valve and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Chen plumbing is not responsible for sheet rock repair or repair of panel for shower/tub combo. Recommended a customer to have shower valve replaced if leak continues.
Client called us out due to the master bath toilet being clogged. Only that toilet was affected. We ran the toilet auger down the toilet and cleared the blockage whatever it was. Also, that same toilet was constantly running. This was due to the flush seal not sealing and the chain was just a little too short. We replaced the flush seal and lengthened the chain. Toilet is now operating as it should be. Office will reach out to schedule the included with service membership once yearly whole home plumbing inspection. Client also receives 10% off each visit up to $400, NO DISPATCH FEE, and priority scheduling for the next year.

Noted to customer that pressure has jumped 10 psi since our last visit. While no immediate action is needed, during future visits the pressure should be monitored and PRV replacement is recommended after it hits 75 psi.
