Once again Cody and his assistant Marco were great. When they removed the old toilet, a problem was discovered with a shoddy original install. He knew how to overcome the problem but didn’t have what he needed. He priced the additional work, I agreed to the extra cost and they went and got what they needed. When the got back they fixed the deficiency, installed to new toilet, cleaned up, we settled up the bill and they were on their way. The new toilet looks great, works great. Cody was awesome. Saw my existing disposal could be fixed and did so. He also give some tips to keep it running welll. Finally Cody me a price to change my toilet and made recommendations for what to use for a replacement. This is scheduled for Tuesday next week. Unlike other firms I’ve used he tried to help me. Furnish and install 50 gallon gas water heater properly install meeting with current code requirements, thoroughly tested for any leaks, gas and water. heater is working as intended.
Run track pipe approximately 50 feet Furnish install new gas line for gas stove, Penetrate behind wall bring up new hard pipe and shut off, thoroughly test line for any leaks. While we run new gas line we will also flush tankless
Furnish and install new waterline from meter to about 1 foot from house, or until we find good pipe, Add new whole house shut off in front of meter, run 1 inch pex a pipe. (Customer has polybutylene pipe and wants to replace main line. There is an active leak on main line. However, we do not know if source of leak is in the front yard or under slab,should leak be in the slab additional charges will incur to break slab up and reroute line however, we will discuss options with customer before proceeding with work.) (Inform customer of permit process, Customer responsibility to pull permit) Return to install main line, attached to pipe right outside of foundation, redid meter, and added whole house shut off and meter box tested thoroughly there is no longer a leak on main line. Covered up to the best of our abilities. Work is tested and complete.
Price is to replace Prv to correct the pressure in the home. Will hook up washing machine water supplies as a courtesy if done in conjunction with the Prv. Made customer aware that the washing machine hose hookup isn’t covered by any kind of warranty for customer supplied hoses. Customer needed hoses hooked up to new washing machine for the water supply lines. Checked house pressure over 100 psi. Replaced the pressure regulating valve and installed customer provided washing machine hoses as a courtesy. Zip tied the drain to the water line to secure it. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks, none were found. Initially recommended servicing the tankless. But it is over 10 years old with no service history. Flushing is ill advised.
Found upstairs hall bath has a branch line blockage causing the toilet and tub/shower to back up. Master bath toilet is clogged as well as the shower. The tub in the master bath has no issues with draining and is not affecting any other drains to back up. Gave price to pull toilet and run sewer machine in hall bath, run auger in master bath toilet, and run flex shaft in shower drain. Property manager said he needs approval from the owner before any work can be done.
Customer had a toilet with a recent bidet install. During the install the fill valve had twisted so that the float could no longer operate. Noted to customer that the internals were older on the toilet and the primary bath and the other upstairs bathroom also noted a leak on the bidet tee. Rebuilt both toilets and reattached bidet in the master. Noted to customer that handle was cracked on upstairs guest bath stop for the toilet. Left pricing to replace.
Replaced sewage ejection pump. Old pump float switch kept getting stuck. Customer has had multiple instances where pump was not working properly. Also did minor rebuild on upstairs guest bathroom.
For this job customer said there had been leak in front of meter for two years Doug meter and found meter nipple had been leaking. Also found old PRV that was rusted and buried underground, inform customer best course of action Would be to replace meter nipple and PRV as well as add a valve cover box for PRV. Customer approved the work performed above, however, cannot compact dirt as leak made dirt into mud.spotted meter to confirm no leaks Not responsible for landscape repair. This includes settling of dirt.
Replaced two faucets 8” with customer supplied with new drain
Replaced water heater with code compliant 50 gallon water heater with 85 gallon First Hour Rating. Repaired master bath lavatory drain - left side. Repaired basement toilet. Tightened lavatory spout, upstairs hall bath.
Customer stated that toilet up stairs was running. Replaced fill valve and flapper. Tested toilet for proper operation and leaks. No leaks where present at this time and toilet was working as it should.
