Cody was so great to work with. Appreciate him showing me what was going on to educate me in the process. Great personality and knows the job inside and out!
Once again Cody and his assistant Marco were great. When they removed the old toilet, a problem was discovered with a shoddy original install. He knew how to overcome the problem but didn’t have what he needed. He priced the additional work, I agreed to the extra cost and they went and got what they needed. When the got back they fixed the deficiency, installed to new toilet, cleaned up, we settled up the bill and they were on their way. The new toilet looks great, works great. I’m very pleased with Chen plumbing and thei techs Cody and Marco! Thx Chen Plumbing! Tom Quinn

3/25/25 Customer had slow draining sink and a leaking strainer and trap. Reworked the trap and strainer and used a zap treatment to attempt clear the line since the large flex shaft couldn’t go in the 1-1/2 line coming out of the wall. Made customer aware that both zap treatment or snaking can damage the line. Two zap treatments didn’t work and the little flex shaft that’s made for smaller lines didn’t work either. Sold work to come back tomorrow and clear the line. 3/26/25 Returned and drilled hole in 3 inch pvc below to drain the kitchen line. Installed a cleanout and run flex shaft both ways to clear the line. Installed a cleanout and ran flex shaft with water in pipe to clear grease. Made customer aware there was a hefty amount of grease in the line. Regular use of a degreaser such as BioOne is recommended regularly or issues are likely to happen again quickly. Installed a cleanout at the cut and tested work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Dumped multiple s
