I was told over the phone that a diagnostic could be done for the price of 49.99 only to find out that when the technician got to my home, he looked around, gave advice and then quoted me an astronomical price. I will never use this company again.
I appreciated so much them helping me out on a Saturday! They were very knowledgeable and efficient and kind!
I was super happy with Cody's experience. The only thing that was painful was the cost.

I had an emergency plumbing situation and Tim came out and fixed the issue immediately! Tim is a consummate professional and an expert in all aspects of plumbing. I highly recommend Tim Chen for any and all your plumbing needs.
Cody was so great to work with. Appreciate him showing me what was going on to educate me in the process. Great personality and knows the job inside and out!
Once again Cody and his assistant Marco were great. When they removed the old toilet, a problem was discovered with a shoddy original install. He knew how to overcome the problem but didn’t have what he needed. He priced the additional work, I agreed to the extra cost and they went and got what they needed. When the got back they fixed the deficiency, installed to new toilet, cleaned up, we settled up the bill and they were on their way. The new toilet looks great, works great. I’m very pleased with Chen plumbing and thei techs Cody and Marco! Thx Chen Plumbing! Tom Quinn
Cody was awesome. Saw my existing disposal could be fixed and did so. He also give some tips to keep it running welll. Finally Cody me a price to change my toilet and made recommendations for what to use for a replacement. This is scheduled for Tuesday next week. Unlike other firms I’ve used he tried to help me. I appreciate that.
great coordination between the office, Cody and myself! Excellent idea to have a arrival time known before Service personnel arrived.
