Laundry and kitchen drain line replacement
Replaced PRV and rebuilt a toilet with new fill valve, flapper, and supply line.
Addressed an issue with a washer drain. Inspected the existing drain line and identified a clog obstructing water flow. Used a drain auger to clear the blockage and ensured the line was free of debris. Replaced the old, worn-out drain hose with a new one, securing it with hose clamps. Tested the washer's drainage system to confirm proper operation and water flow. Ensured there were no leaks or further obstructions, and left the area clean and functional.

I recently completed a job replacing a cast iron drain from the kitchen to the cast iron stack in the crawlspace. I also replaced the washing machine valves.
