I think it was a rip off. $300 to unclogged a toilet or buy a new toilet? I just brought the toilet in 2022. I ordered a toilet unclogged appliance on Amazon for $46 and it worked like a charm. This service was a complete waste of time and money.

Marco was incredible! He replaced the faucet and checked the pipes where we had leakage into the cabinet. In talking with him- I asked him to please check the pipes. When he showed me the interior of the pipes, we made the decision to replace them. He was very nice, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We will keep your number for any future plumbing needs and ask for Marco!

Customer stated that they are selling home and inspector found a few plumbing issues. Looked over inspection to see what inspector flagged and gave customer quote to make repairs. We ahead and upstairs on main floor hall bath clear sink stoppage. Now sink is drain fine. Also in laundry room repaired leak under laundry sink. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Downstairs in basement bathroom under lavatory faucet reworked drain and installed new ptrap. Tested and no leaks. Also replaced thermal expansion tank and installed new bracket. No leaks were present at this time. Cleaned up work area. Chen plumbing doesn’t warranty drain cleaning.
Customer had a stain in the ceiling in the living room. Customer noted the stain after the shower was used for an extended period of time. Inspected the bathroom topically and noted trim that needs to be caulked for the shower. Informed customer the only way to know for sure is to cut the drywall. Cut the drywall and found the affected area is directly below the lavatory faucet drain above. Ran water extensively, flushed toilet, and ran the shower and was unable to recreate any leaks. Was unable to find any concrete evidence of additional water damage in the ceiling. Put plastic over the cut in the event that water shows back up so that we can perform further diagnosis (if water shows up in the plastic we will not charge additional diagnostic if the water is in the area of the affected cut). Also left customer a quote for a new water heater (heater is 25 years old) per customer request. Replaced prv and set house pressure to 61 psi due to previous high pressure (125 psi). Tested all wo
Customers toilet was loose at base. Pulled toilet and reset. Checked flange. Found no issue in flange. After reseating toilet checked for leaks and caulked toilet.
Customers toilet seat was loose. Unloosed toilet seat. Cleaned and reset seat. Checked pressure and found pressure to be at 150 PSI. Options to replace PRV and install thermal expansion tank. Customer did not want to do work at this time. Showed tenant secured toilet seat.
Customer stated that shower was dripping water. Took a look at issue and gave customer options on repairs. At this time customer didn’t want to proceed with any repairs. Shower brand is pfister.
Customer had a water heater from 2009 leaking in the same closet where connections were made for a reroute the day before. Replaced the heater with a new pan, shutoff, and thermal. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.
Came out for a slab leak. Homeowner had opened the slab himself. He had polybutylene lines under the slab that were leaking. Customer elected to do a partial repipe and abandon the lines under the slab, as he had previously repaired the polybutylene under the slab. Opened up walls/ceilings where needed. Disconnected water lines from any piping going under the slab. Rerouted everything up inside the ceiling. Replaced the valves to the washing machine box. Turned water on and had no leaks. We realized the toilet in the powder room had no water, and concluded that line also must have ran under the slab. Cut some additional drywall and ran a new line for the toilet. Tested to ensure a leak free install. Water pressure tested in normal range. Water heater was from 2009. Left quote to replace, no further issue at this time.
Believe based on the inspectors report and pictures, they have a very slow leak coming from a leaking shower liner as that is the only fixture above the affected area. This will require having restoration company out to demo out the tile and redo the shower liner. Also left quote for water heater due to the age of the tank. No sign of any water coming down through the ceiling. Gave option to cut drywall to inspect. Leak is so minuscule it cannot be observed visually. Inspector only found increase in moisture with a moisture reader.
Drilled a hole through kitchen cabinets and ran a 2 inch pvc line in the crawlspace. Reconnected with new tubular, pulled the dishwasher, and ran the drain under the sink for the dishwasher. Put the dishwasher back and made customer aware that the dishwasher will need a a new stop under sink if it’s ever replaced. Ran almost 30 feet of 3 inch pvc in the crawlspace below to other side of house and cut in a new wye to 4 inch pipe. Reconnected to existing vertical cast line for the washing machine also. Ran an extensive amount of water to test for leaks and found one on the right basket strainer nut. Tightened the nut and stopped the leak. Capped the old vent line on the roof, in the crawlspace, and under the kitchen sink. Sink is flowing properly now.
We replaced a toilet upstairs with Kohler intrepid ,replaced Prv and cleaned two sinks drain
Customer had two leaking hose bibs (front and back), needed three angle stops installed, a toilet set, and a new trap for basement lavatory faucet. Gave pricing and upon customer approval performed all work as stated in job description. Made customer aware that the cabinet will have to be cut to run the trap. Also pointed out damage to the faucet and the sink that was existing. Customer will replace himself. Shut stops off to sink after testing until the faucet and sink are replaced. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. Caulk at base of toilet needs 24 hours to dry.
Upon arrival customer stated the water was not getting as hot as normally dose. I asked the customer if the water heater has ever been flushed and the customer stated no it has not. I informed the customer the water heater was installed in 21 and it not being serviced could be a result in the water not getting as hot as normal. Gave customer estimate. Customer approved estimate. I flushed the water twice and was able to blow out a good bit of sediment in the tank. I informed the customer they would have hot water again in 30-45 minutes.
Customer stated that there was a few faucets that was dripping and that he wanted water heater flushed. Checked water heater water heaters from 2003 and recommended a customer to not have water heater flushed. Also check pressure to home and pressure was at 100 psi. Took apart faucets, and found that base was completely rusted. Recommended a customer to have faucets replaced. Will send estimates for repair needed.
Returned and replaced Mansfield seal ring in customer toilets bathroom. Made customer aware that the fill valve appears to be new, and the only potential future issue is the trip lever is a little sticky.
