Homeowner called and states that he had a leak in the yard next to the water meter and had it repaired but could hear the pipe banging and water running inside the walls and turned off the water meter. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me in front of driveway and showed me the water meter and I had him turn it back on and we went inside and I could hear the water running inside the wall in laundry room and headed to basement to locate the main water shut off to attempt and see if the leak was inside the home or outside in the yard. Homeowner didn’t know where the whole home shut off was located and I pinpoint it to the bathroom basement ceiling but homeowner refused any cut in ceiling saying that if I couldn’t locate it there was going to be hole there and possibly another hole elsewhere. I explained that I was sure that the water line came in somewhere between the basement bathroom and GWH but homeowner was not convinced so he refused any work. I did my inspection and found that the pres

Upon arrival customer stated the toilet in the basement leaks from the base. Customer also stated they had a high water bill. Gave customer estimate to pull and rest the toilet. Customer approved the estimate. I pulled the toilet and replaced the wax ring and rest it and tested it. The toilet in the basement is working properly with no leaks or issues. I turned the water off in the home after inspecting the toilets upstairs due to the fill valves and flappers looking to be in good shape. When I turned the water off in the home and look at the meter and the meter was detecting a leak I informed the customer that they had a leak outside and the best option would be to replace it due to the water line being pvc. I left the customer with two estimates to replace the water line. Customer stated they will have to think on it. After the water being off I noticed the toilets up stairs lost water out the tank of the toilet. I also informed the customer that the tank to bowl kits would need to b

Customer had a high water bill and low flow when multiple fixtures are running in the home. This was noted post service for having an irrigation system installed in the yard. His son’s toilet upstairs was leaking so it was turned off. When turned off the tank had completely drained. This indicates a leak at the seal for the flush valve. Replacement or repair was recommended. Customer will have toilet replaced himself. Performed a diagnostic service to test the other four bathrooms. Found a leak in upstairs shower for daughter’s tub/shower valve. Also found a leak on the powder room toilet on the main floor. Checked house pressure to be extremely high at 110 psi. Recommend replacing the prv and failed thermal expansion tank. Finally, found that the first gate valve had been broken in a previous attempt to turn the water on or off to the home. This is likely the cause of low flow with multiple fixtures running in the home. Left estimate for all recommended repairs. Customer was unavailab

Homeowner has water standing in the front yard. Found meter showing constant usage. isolated the house to verify the leak was on the main waterline. with the home isolated the meter still showed usage indicating the leak is in the main waterline. gave price to spot repair as well as replace the entire waterline. homeowner does not want to spot repair. They want to replace the whole line but thought the price was way too much. homeowner is going to get multiple quotes.

Came out for leak on ceiling of garage. Homeowner informed me they had that bathroom completely gutted and remodeled about 6 months ago and have not ever had an issue since. Approx. 2 weeks ago they noticed water on the floor of the garage after someone had showered. Received approval for a basic diagnostic. Ran water for several minutes from every fixture in the bathroom. Could not recreate. Tried the shower diverter, sprayed water all over the shower with the handheld sprayer, and even dumped a cup of water on the floor in front of the corners of the tub. Not sign of water showing up. They decided they want to hold off on cutting drywall. Told them I’d honor cutting the drywall for $55 if the issue reoccurs in the next 30 days from this visit 7/21/25.

Found hall bath toilet leaking from the fill valve seal. Master bath toilet fill valve was not filling the tank all the way and the seal was deteriorated. Homeowner did not want to move forward with full toilet replacements at this time. Homeowner decided to rebuild toilets. Replaced fill valves on both toilets. Mansfield seal and supply line on the master bath, and the flapper on the hall bath. Tested with no leaks or failures at t8me of service.

Came out for a leak in the basement and to cap off a gas line. Capped the gas line as requested. Found leak was on the standpipe to the condensate drain. Abs pipe had a crack that was leaking constantly from the hvac condensate. Cut out damaged section and repaired. Tested water pressure and found it was at 130 psi.
