Since I got the toilet replaced, I thought there would be more of a discussion on toilet height and efficiency so didn't get a much different one than I had so was disappointed in that. I also had to remind them to check for leaks as that was what the call was for originally. But replacing the toilet was quick.

This was my first time using Chen Plumbing and I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. Juan replaced two sump pumps for me. He is professional and very knowledgeable. I've dealt with Chen two times...both in 2024. Both plumbers who did the work were excellent craftsmen, and were friendly & interactive. The office staff is easy to reach, and they use the latest technology to communicate with their customers. I think the prices were fair. There was no price gouging going on. If you're looking for a plumber in the north or east parts of metro Atlanta, they are an excellent choice.

Had a great experience with Matthew C. today! My guest shower started leaking, and unfortunately my old home has the plumbing behind my shower in a very tricky & inconvenient location. Matthew told me "we'll get it done" and he got it done! He was able to get behind the shower in the least invasive way possible (even though he had to cram himself into a corner to do it) and we were able to avoid having to do major tile work. He fully replaced the shower valve and I have a non-dripping shower in better condition than before the leak even started! Thank you Matthew and Chen Plumbing ⭐️

Customer called because insurance recommended to install automatic shut off valve, recommended Flo by Moen customer approved price, installed Flo by Moen as well as download an app on customers phone and set up connection to the Device, Informed customer of learning period required by device. Piping work done was visually inspected to ensure no leaks were present, everything is working as intended upon departure.
Price is to furnish and install a new crystal handle for Moen shower valve and install new cartridge. 6/10/25 Returned and installed new Moen Posi Temp 1225 cartridge and a new crystal handle to repair the shower. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks.

Price is to install reverse osmosis system that customer provides under kitchen sink. Customer will also need countertop company to drill hole for faucet where customer wants in the countertop or will utilize extra hole in countertop with kitchen faucet swap out. Returned and installed customer supplied Cloud reverse osmosis filter system under kitchen sink. Replaced kitchen faucet with customer supplied faucet as well. Ran a new waste line to the drain under the sink and setup the filters and storage tank according to manufacturer specifications. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Showed the customer the QR code to download the app and gave instructions to purge the tank three times before use. Charged card on file for the work that was completed.
Replaced a 40 gallon gas power vent water heater , pan and expansion tank installed
Customer stated that toilet was leaking and also the tub was hard to turn on and off. Attempted to get handles off shower valve but couldn’t due to corrosion. Also bent hot side handle and showed customer. Tapped off sharp eadge and let customer know to use shower with caution. Also rebuilt toilet by changing fill valve and flapper as well as supply. Tested and no leaks. Cleaned up work area. Customer will call us back out to have three handle shower repaired once her guest are gone.
Gave customer estimate to install customer provided filter. Customer will call to schedule installation once he does the cleaning process of filter before installing filter.
Replaced hose spigot from inside, crawlspace through front foundation of home. Hydraulic cement around penetration to seal and secure. 1 year warranty, does not include freeze breaks.
Customer ordered replacement cartridge for shower in hall bath in main floor with cross connection. Replaced the cartridge. Tested the cross connection and found a secondary cross connection was allowing some crossover still. Customer stated that since it’s a less severe cross connection that he will wait on further diagnosis to see how the house temperature is affected. Customer removed penal for hall tub to see if s mixing valve was present. There was no mixing valve for the tub that could be allowing a cross connection. Showed customer where the limiter button in the trim had dry rotted and was no longer functioning. Also pointed out that the shower head had low flow and likely needed to be addressed with replacement. Customer had questions regarding filtration for the home. Left quote for new reverse osmosis system and kitchen faucet. Replaced cracked slip joint under sink as a courtesy.
Customer had an aged out Aqua Source toilet that was leaking heavily from the tank to bowl bolts and seals. Recommended replacement due to the age and condition of the toilet. Replaced the toilet and inspected the flange. The flange is in good working order and the toilet seated correctly onto the flange. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. Caulk needs 24 hours to dry properly before getting wet.
Customer stated that master and hall bath would back up and that’s it wasn’t the septic. Pulled master toilet and ran camera. Ran camera out about 75feet which is outside of home and found water was holding. Recommended customer to call out septic company. Reset toilet and tested. No leaks were present at this time. Also cut hole in wall for customer.
