I’m in the process of selling my house, and has a major gas leak. My realtor referred to me Chen Plumbing. Eric, a technician, was sent out to my house, and he found the leaking gas line was in the crawl space where to pipes were in contact with each other. He made the repair, and I was so impressed with his work, I had him come back out to take care of some plumping issues before I sold the house. He did great work!! The people in the office were also great, and they kept me informed of when the technician was going to be out to do the work. I recommend Chen Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

We arrived at the home to address a blockage in the plumbing system. We cleared the obstruction, restoring the flow of water. After the repair, the pipes were inspected to ensure everything was functioning correctly.

Addressed a leaking dishwasher issue. Inspected the unit and identified a worn-out door gasket as the cause. Removed the old gasket and installed a new one, ensuring a tight seal. Checked the water inlet valve and hose connections for any leaks or damage. Tightened loose connections and replaced the faulty hose. Ran a test cycle to verify the repair, ensuring no further leaks. The dishwasher is now operating properly and leak-free.
Kitchen sink is backing up, left quote for in-depth attempt to resolve issue. Believe issue is going on far enough down the branch line for the kitchen that I cannot snake it from up top. Pipe will have to be cut open.

Today’s task in Stone Mountain, GA was doing a cast iron pipe replacement. After cutting out the damaged section, I used a snap cutter for precision. I then installed a new PVC piping segment, ensuring a snug fit with no-hub couplings for a seamless and secure connection.
