Customer stated that it’s been two years since tankless was installed, and it was needed to be flushed. Customer price to flush tankless and customer agreed. Went ahead and flush, tankless and tested. There were no leaks on tankless at this time and also tankless seem to be working as it should. Also gave customer quote to install new service valve and supply line for dishwasher and also correct drain for dishwasher. Cleaned up work area. Will recommend doing dishwasher work day before dishwasher gets here.
Found high water pressure 110 psi in the home , replaced faulty Prv and also replaced Meon faucet cartridge customer supplied
Upon arrival, customer informed me when the washing machine runs water comes under the adjacent walls in the garage and bathroom/living room area. As the first step, gave customer price to search for concealed leak. Cut open the drywall around the washing machine box. Made customer aware that Chen Plumbing isn’t responsible for repairs made to cuts to access plumbing. Found that the line is backing up and leaking under the washing machine box. Gave customer the following quote for the job description: Price is to furnish and install new washing machine box and install new Ptrap. Made customer aware of the age and condition of the cast that there is a possibility the cast tee can break on the 2 inch. If this happens, additional pricing will need to be given to replace a section of the 3 inch cast vertical to tie in. Also if the drain is backing up in the 3 inch additional cleaning options will need to be given. Cleaned the work area, put the washing machine back, and tested the drain
Returned and replaced the waste and overflow for the tub. Removed the incorrect Ptrap, 1-1/2 pvc, and cast on the tub line. Ran a new pvc line from the new waste and overflow to the 3 inch cast wye. Installed a new frost proof hose bib and finished the widespread lavatory faucet install. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found.
Snaked master bathroom shower. Had to buy longer snake. Hair blockage. Was able to clear and ran water for awhile to ensure proper drainage.
Customer had the bottom of 3 inch cast trench rotted out for line running from kitchen area to 4 inch cast. Replaced around 25 feet of pipe, cut out a 3x2 wye under kitchen to reconnect, and reconnected 3 inch pvc that was put in at the hub of the 4x3 wye. Tested all work thoroughly to ensure proper function and no leaks. Didn’t end up having to cut out the 4x3 wye. Reduced the price to reflect not having to remove that fitting. Made customer aware that there were other areas of concern on the cast that was left and more replacement is likely needed in the near future.
Customer just bought home Wanted estimates on repairs and also wanted water sheet filled out for county to have water turned back on. Couldn’t fill out sheet because toilets are not up to county standards. Customer will schedule us to come back out next week.
Completed custom shower installation in Chamblee today. Removed old fiberglass unit and installed new tile shower with glass doors. Ran new supply lines and installed thermostatic mixing valve for temperature control. Waterproofed entire shower area with proper membrane system. Chen Plumbing's shower installation service transformed this Chamblee bathroom into modern luxury space. Tested all connections for leaks - everything perfect. Customer loves their new shower setup.
Furnished and installed halo H20 ultimate filter, as well as 50 gallon gas water heater, ran new TMP line old TMP line was half-inch copper, and was not up to code, thoroughly tested for leaks, Will return Thursday to perform flush on filter, Flush system thoroughly found no issues work is tested and complete.

Customer had a dishwasher that was holding water and not draining. Water was leaking out and onto the floor and pooling below the flooring. Recommended David with Reliable Restoration to come and inspect any damage. Disconnected the drain for the diswasher and removed a blockage where it ties into the garbage disposal. Made customer aware that we don’t work directly on diswashers, there could still be pump issues or too much buildup in the line. Recommend calling Caleberry’s for any appliance maintenance or repairs. But as of now, dishwasher is draining and appears to be working properly.
Customer purchased a kitchen faucet and approved estimate. Returned and removed old kitchen faucet and installed customer provided one. Also replaced both hot and cold service valve under kitchen sink. Tested and no leaks were present at this time.

For this job, I worked on installing new 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater. Also I installed new pressure regulator valve.
Customer stated that kitchen faucet was leaking only when it gets cold outside. At this time faucet wasn’t leaking. Recommended customer to find kitchen faucet and have us come back and install it. Will send estimate for kitchen faucet installation and also shut off valve replacement.
