Matthew has been here multiple times in the past several months because of septic tank underground piping issues, repiping, and other water issues. I never realized the versatility of plumbers and appreciate them more than I did before. Matthew has been spot on and explains whatever he does. Carolyn Becker
Matthew answered all my questions. Gave me a few recommendations to those questions. He did great work.
It was easy to make an appointment, the communication from start to finish was excellent. Will definitely use them again if needed.
I'm not sure about pricing since they came to save an emergency situation in my master bathroom. There were other issues technician addressed and fixed as needed for a reasonable cost I assume. The work was clean and two techs spent several updating my plumbing issues. Definitely worth the money since I'll save water and other plumbing fixtures in the long run. Very caring team and a pleasure to have them fix my plumbing issues. The office people kept me updated on tech arrival and follow up call to check their work.
Absolutely professional and explained each procedure. So thankful to have had such a kind and caring expert to help us!
They did a great, efficient and professional job replacing the water line- especially the day before Thanksgiving! Thank you!
Chen plumbing was extremely responsive to my needs and Marcos was excellent. He quickly figured out what the problem was and developed options for me to consider. He handled all the details and arranged for it to be fixed the same day! He was prompt and professional and clearly focused on me being a happy customer. I would recommend Chen plumbing and Marcos without hesitation.

Client called us out today due to their basement bathroom toilet backing up when flushed. Basement plumbing is on a sewage ejector pump, which is located in the mechanical room behind the water heater, under the staircase. We bypassed the float on the old pump to try to empty the pit some, and the old pump just hummed and didn’t do anything. Pump failure. We replaced the failed sewage ejector pump with new zoeller 4/10 hp sewage ejector pump, and also replaced the old ball valve and check valve with the replacement. Sat new pump in pit, then put the lid back on. Got the lid set in place where it needed to be, and fastened it back down. Connected the new discharge pipe from the pump up to the existing line and installed the new ball valve and check valve. Once all connections were made, we let glue set up for approximately 15 mins, then tested vigorously with paper also. Everything is running as it should with the new pump. Connected vent back and cleaned up our area. 1 yr parts and
Found leak from base of toilet , it’s old toilet , we replaced with a western elongated ADA toilet today
Customer had a whole house stoppage. Observed multiple toilets gurgling when water is ran. Checked the outside cleanout and it was backed up to the top of the cleanout. Attempted to run flex shaft and couldn’t clear the stoppage. Informed customer that roots were pulled back on the flex shaft and that jetting would be necessary. Customer approved pricing for the jetter. Cautioned customer that jetting roots is a temporary measure and can last anywhere from an hour to a year. Made sure the point of jetting was understood for the line to be clear enough to inspect and price a repair. Ran jetter and was able to punch a hole in the stoppage to drain the line down. Performed camera work and found that the stoppage was occurring about 30 feet down the line in SDR piping. A 45 after another 45 degree turn was observed to be apparently broken due to pipe fragments mixed in with the roots. Jetted appeared to be exiting the pipe in the same spot due to multiple turns in quick succession and coul
