He offered to first try a solution that would be less invasive and less expensive to replace a piece of my outdoor faucet before doing the more complicated repair which involved cutting through the drywall . Removed the trim from the master bathroom shower to access the shower valve. After breaking through a section of concrete, securely fastened the valve within the wall, ensuring stability and proper function. Reinstalled the trim and applied fresh caulk for a clean, watertight seal, preventing future leaks.
Investigated drain system. Pulled toilet and ran camera to find blockage. Ran drain cleaning machine to eventually get alleviation in line and drainage. Cracked 4 inch PVC 90 outside of home as allowed root intrusion that has blocked the line. Gave estimate for excavating and replacing compromised section.
Replaced main water service line in front yard
Supplied and replaced delta cartridge in upstairs bathroom .
Diagnosis of electric water heater. Reset breaker and reset button on water heater in question.
For this job, we came out to clear main line through clean out. The main line is collapsed. Drain will back up again very soon. Advised customer to get it repaired
