Matthew answered all my questions. Gave me a few recommendations to those questions. He did great work.
It was easy to make an appointment, the communication from start to finish was excellent. Will definitely use them again if needed.
I'm not sure about pricing since they came to save an emergency situation in my master bathroom. There were other issues technician addressed and fixed as needed for a reasonable cost I assume. The work was clean and two techs spent several updating my plumbing issues. Definitely worth the money since I'll save water and other plumbing fixtures in the long run. Very caring team and a pleasure to have them fix my plumbing issues. The office people kept me updated on tech arrival and follow up call to check their work.
Absolutely professional and explained each procedure. So thankful to have had such a kind and caring expert to help us!
They did a great, efficient and professional job replacing the water line- especially the day before Thanksgiving! Thank you!

I would recommend Chen plumbing and Marcos without hesitation.

Cut out the pvc section and Repiped the black poly back into the copper going through the concrete. Pressurized to ensure a leak free installation. Backfilled and sprayed off the porch and driveway. No further issue at this time.
Client called us out due to their 50 gal Rheem nat gas water heater that was 4 yrs old was leaking at the bottom. Rheem did a warranty swap out and we got new 50 gal tall nat gas water heater installed in the old ones place. Installed up to code, with new expansion tank with proper support, and new ball valve shutoff, as well as new copper piping and new gas piping at the unit itself. Clients home water pressure is right at 80 psi, safe range is 50-79 psi. High water pressure will cause any type of plumbing issue on the water system possible, ex. Running toilet, dripping faucet, dripping shower head, pipe leaks, etc. Due to customer declining to have the high water pressure addressed by replacing the failed pressure reducing valve, work we did today we cannot warranty. NO WARRANTY DUE TO KNOWN HIGH WATER PRESSURE

Customer had water showing up on paper towel where cracking in ceiling is. Cut the ceiling to expose below the tub. Noted that the staining on the ceiling was directly below the P-trap ran the tub extensively and the shower extensively and was unable to re-create. The leak noted that the trim for the shower and the tub spout wasn’t sealed well sprayed water on the wall and had water show up below. Caulked the shower trim as the next step and left price to replace overflow seal if water still shows up. Gave customers info to David White to check for any water damage and repair the ceiling. Caulk needs 24 hours to dry.
