I'm not sure about pricing since they came to save an emergency situation in my master bathroom. There were other issues technician addressed and fixed as needed for a reasonable cost I assume. The work was clean and two techs spent several updating my plumbing issues. Definitely worth the money since I'll save water and other plumbing fixtures in the long run. Very caring team and a pleasure to have them fix my plumbing issues. The office people kept me updated on tech arrival and follow up call to check their work.

Call for bidet not functioning correctly. Arrived and discussed concerns. Mr. Bash states bidet is around one year old. He has replaced the remote batteries in the last couple days. Remote shows three red lights. Flush button work. Light, bidet cleaning feature both respond to remote.Bidet does not. When bidet is activated three red lights appear on remote. Removed filter from shut off valve and found it had some small amount of debris. Cleaned filter and replaced. Tested bidet cleaning feature and still had low flow, and bidet feature wouldn’t activate (showing three solid red lights again). Pressure on house is 55 psi. Home has moen Flo to warn of any unusual pressure issues. No kinks in hoses, or other installation errors present. When following deer valley trouble shooting we are left at two options, a replacement nozzle and a solenoid failure. Deer valley recommends emailing the support email for replacement parts and confirmation. I attempted to call on behalf of Mr. Bass but w
Homeowner states that he moved in about 2 years ago and the basement kitchen faucet had low pressure but in the last weeks it’s gotten worse and he can’t use it. Upon arrival homeowner greeted me on driveway and showed me to the basement kitchen where the faucet is located. I could see that the pressure was basically nonexistent and I simply cleaned the aerator part and that solved the issue. Homeowner is satisfied with the service but the faucet itself did leak a bit and the sprayer handle leaks any time water is used. I offered a couple of solutions to homeowner and he is interested in replacing the unit at a later date.
Customer stated that there was a leak coming from chandelier and bathroom on main floor. Recommended to customer to have sheet rock cut and ceiling. Customer agreed and went ahead and cut sheet rock to inspect. Found that leak is coming from Jacuzzi tub in bathroom above. Send it to customer that we do not work on Jacuzzi tubs. Also inspected water lines going up to tub fixture and also drain and didn’t notice any leaks from those points at this time. Cleaned up work area. Recommended reliable restoration to come out. Also, Chen plumbing is not responsible for sheet rock repair.
Replaced garbage disposal in kitchen sink. Tested to ensure a leak free installation. Left quote for vanity.
Replaced customer supplied cartridge in master bathroom shower. No further issue.

Came out for a leak showing up in the ceiling. Found it was due to a busted polybutelene supply line. Received approval to repair. While testing water pressure I found the water heater was from 2014 and had a leak on the tank slowly leaking into the pan. Customer elected to just replace the water heater and I replaced the supply lines at no charge. Replaced water heater, pan, and expansion tank. Tested to ensure proper function and a leak free installation.
Customer contacted us due to a bubbling toilet after a thorough investigation. We found that the hall toilet line was clogged. We presented the customer with options and they chose to have the toilet pulled and reset along with cabling drain line and performing a camera inspection to identify any underlying sewer line issues upon completion of the work we discovered a major belly beneath the toilet area. The line was fully unclogged and tested, and everything is now functioning properly however, due to the underlying issue the line will more than likely clog again. The customer requested an estimate for a permanent solution which we will provide via email.
Customer stated that they were having pressure issues. Tested pressure pressure was at 60 psi but as soon as a fixture was turned on pressure will drop over 40 pounds. Recommended to customer to have PRV replacing customer agreed. Removed existing PRV and furnish installed new PRV. Tested and no leaks were present at this time. Set pressure to about 60 psi and had customer run water and pressure was staying consistent. Also had customer run water throughout the home and customer stated that water pressure is staying constant. Cleaned up work area. Also, water heater was recently replaced, and the thermal expansion tank wasn’t supported properly. Recommended to customer to have thermal expansion tank properly supported and will estimate to do so.
Remove existing toilet and haul away. Furnish and install new American standard toilet. If flange is broken and needs repair/replacement there will be an additional charge. Tested and no leaks present. Caulked around base of toilet. Cleaned up work area.
Customer had leak on line going to irrigation. dug down to find leak. Cut out section and made repair. Waited for glue to dry, check for leaks, and backfilled hole. Noted to customer about high pressure.
Did camera inspection from outside cleanout. Located break in line with root intrusion at a depth of 7’ 6”. Left quote options to repair.
Came out for a customer supplied garbage disposal. They also mentioned they were getting a sewer smell randomly at the sink. Found this was due to the drain being s trapped under the sink. Tested water pressure as part of standard home inspection, found water pressure was at 150 psi. We replaced PRV in may of 2024, but it was out of warranty. PRV failed due to excessively high pressure from the city. Recommended we replace PRV but also install high pressure PRV prior to the standard regulator to ensure this does not happen again. Replaced garbage disposal and tested to ensure proper function and a leak free install. Drilled drain out of fitting flush with the wall. Repiped without the s trap. Installed new p trap. No further issue at this time.
