Replace silcock and membership (add on ball valve) Arrived to home for freeze break on silcock installed previously by us. Customer left hose on which caused it to free and pop off. Today MyGuy cut out and replaced silcock and did the shut off as courtesy. When I went to gravity drain , old gate valve inside was not holding. Gave option to replace but main shut off valves are same age and not holding. Snow is cover on street and could not find it at this time. There are no leaks on work today and silcock is gravity drained after using channel locks on valve on inside. Customer is aware there are no warranty on the draining of outdoor silcock. We will be coming back after water company comes to locate curb stop to replace 2 main shut off valves and the valve on inside for silcock.
Winterized pool house for client. Located boiler drain valves in basement for pool house. Introduced compressed air into the system to blow out the lines. With the line blown out, I pour antifreeze down all the traps to prevent freezing. Pool house is now winterized for the season.
