Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced all the metal pipe hangers underneath the home with plastic talon hangers; 2) installed a new waste overflow on a leaking bathtub drain; 3) removed and replaced a crimped copper gas line on an HVAC unit; 4) installed new tank-to-toilet bolts and gaskets on two toilets; 5) unclogged a bathroom sink drain and replaced the sink's P-trap and popup assembly; 6) looped a dishwasher's drain line along the top of a kitchen cabinet and properly secured it to the back of the cabinet; 7) drilled and installed tapcons and secured an outside hose bib spigot to its brick underpinning; 8) installed new washing machine water shutoff valves along with a new plastic plumbing access panel; 9) installed a new Delta single-handle faucet and popup assembly on a second bathroom sink; 10) replaced a shower faucet and trim in a master bathroom along with installing a plastic plumbing access panel; and 11) waterproofed a drain cleanout.
