Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking outside hose bib spigot with a new Prier 34.67LF-R sillcock along with tying it into the existing main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) install a customer supplied utility sink on a porch near a brick wall and gutter; 2) install a new PEX water supply line going to the faucet and an outside hose bib spigot; 3) insulate the new PEX water supply lines; 4) connect a PVC drain going from the sink to the side of the gutter and apply silicone caulk around it.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a basement sewage pump not working. We pulled and inspected the pump and found that the unit's float was stuck. We repositioned the float, reinstalled the pump, tested the unit, and the issue was corrected. We also repaired a broken flange on a toilet. We pulled the toilet, cleaned the wax ring gasket off, installed a new Fernco SF-100 metal repair spanner flange, installed a new wax ring gasket, replaced the toilet bolts, reset the toilet, added two plastic shims underneath the toilet bowl to level it, tested for leaks, and the issue was corrected. Finally, we provided a cost estimate to perform a descale service on a tankless water heater.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a broken and clogged two-way PVC cleanout with a new two-way PVC cleanout and PVC piping and fittings.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We used a pressure device at an outside cleanout and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer drain line. We also provided a price quote to 1) dig a ditch from the house to the town sewer tap to expose and remove the outside main sewer drain line; 2) install a new 4-inch PVC sewer drain line (connecting it to the main drain line under the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new sewer drain line; and 4) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been inspected and approved by the county's Inspection Department.
Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the source of a water stain on a downstairs ceiling. We found the leak was coming from an upstairs shower drain - the drain's nut was loose. We tightened the nut, tested the drain, and the issue was corrected.
Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the cause of a water stain on a downstairs ceiling in two different areas. Our inspection found that one leak was being caused by a leaking upstairs shower drain and the second leak was being caused by an HVAC condensation line. We cut out and replaced the leaking shower drain with a new Mainline ML42150 drain and corrected the one leak. We advised the customer to contact an HVAC company to come out and look at the second leak. We also provided a price quote to replace a bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Delta model. All work was agreed upon before being performed.
