Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate a possible water leak. When we arrived, the customer made us aware that the floor was getting soft in a couple of places - one area in a guest bathroom and another in a master bathroom. After doing a thorough inspection, we found that the issues were due to the home's flex ductwork. Everywhere the ductwork was taped to a vent, there was mold. It appeared to be from condensation around the vent lines. We advised the customer to contact an HVAC company to come out and see if they can remedy the issue.
