Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a bathroom sink. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from a cracked CPVC water supply line. We cut out and replaced the leaking section of pipe with new PEX piping and stainless steel fittings. Then we replaced the water supply stop and installed a new braided stainless steel water supply line. We tested for leaks and the issue was corrected. We also cleaned the sink faucet's aerator and provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen (sink, dishwasher, and ice maker), two bathrooms (sinks and toilets), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the home along with new above-floor hot and cold stainless steel braided water supply lines).
