Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. After digging down and cutting into the outside main sewer septic drain line, we inserted a camera into the drain line and determined that the customer's septic tank was full. Then, after repairing the drain line with a Fernco coupling, we advised the customer to contact a septic tank pumping service to come out and pump the tank. We also provided a cost estimate to reroute the drain line coming out from underneath the home's foundation away from the septic tank, towards the front of home, and tie it onto the city's sewer tap.
