Pride Plumbing came out and 1) repiped and replaced the ABS and cast iron drain lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to a) the fixtures in the kitchen and one bathroom (sink, toilet, and bathtub/shower); and b) the washing machine (replacing the toilet bowl's flange and wax seal and the P-traps underneath all the sinks - installing new PVC piping, fittings and supports under the house for each fixture); and 2) replaced a 40-gallon electric low-boy hot water heater with a new 40-gallon electric low-boy Rheem 660479 model (this included installing the water heater, new ball water shutoff valves, new PEX water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a new brass drain valve, connecting the unit's electrical connections, and ensuring the unit was properly vented).
