Pride Plumbing came out and provided cost estimates to 1) either rebuild (by replacing its hot- and cold-side cartridges) or replace a leaking two handle bathroom sink faucet with a new Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink); and 2) replace a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) due to high water pressure in the home (90+ PSI).
