Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) turned the water off to the house and removed an inline water filter; 2) installed a new 3/4-inch ball water shutoff valve and then a new Moen Flo smart water monitor and shutoff valve on the water main; 3) reinstalled the inline water filter; 4) tested for leaks; 5) downloaded the Moen Flo smart water monitor app on the customers cellphone and made the proper settings in order for them to control the smart valve; and 6) after the customer's device was properly controlling the smart valve, we tested it for proper operation.
