Pride Plumbing was called out for a Gerber toilet tank that would run constantly and not fill. Our inspection determined that the tank’s water fill valve was malfunctioning. We replaced the water fill valve with a new Fluidmaster PRO45B model along with its above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line and tested for leaks and proper operation with no issues. Further inspection found high water pressure in the home. So, we replaced the pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) with a new Watts LFN45BM1-DU-PEXXPEX model. We also provided cost estimates to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model and to replace the black roll main outside water supply line with from the water meter to the house new black roll and PEX piping and fittings.
