Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) replaced a 50-gallon electric Rheem Ruud water heater with a new 50-gallon electric Bradford White model (this included removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing a water heater pan, the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, wiring the water heater's electrical connections, and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature); 2) installed a new customer-supplied bathroom vanity and sink (this included cutting holes in the floor for the PVC drain and PEX water supply lines; and tying the water supply and drain lines into their respective water and sewer mains under the home); and 3) replaced an outside hose bib spigot.
