Pride Plumbing was called out for no water from a submersible well. We tested the power coming from the well and found that the points on the pump switch where bad. Our inspection also found that the well's pressure tank had ruptured. We removed and replaced the pressure tank, tank tee, pressure gauge, pump switch, and the above-ground inlet and outlet piping with new PEX piping and stainless-steel fittings. After charging the tank, we tested for leaks and proper functionality of the well with no further issues. We also provided a cost estimate to install a new submersible pump assembly (with an attached torque arrestor and cable guards) - this would include the pump, piping and fittings, wiring, tank tee, and a new well seal.
