Pride Plumbing came out and performed the following work: 1) inspected the water supply line going to a Keurig coffee machine for leaks (our inspection did not find any issues with the unit); 2) inspected an Hoshizaki ice machine (after inspecting the unit, we provided a cost estimate to replace it); 3) provided a cost estimate to remove rusted and leaking galvanized piping from the building's water chiller lines and replace them with new copper piping and ProPress fittings and add ball shutoff valves; 4) provided a cost estimate to replace the Sloan valve and closet spud on a commercial toilet; and 5) provided a cost estimate to remove and replace the rusted and leaking galvanized piping and two booster pumps on a chiller unit (this will include replacing the piping with new copper piping and brass fittings and wiring in the pumps).
