Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) turn the water off to a cold water supply line for two rooms with hot water issues; 2) use copper ProPress fittings and install a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) in order to reduce the water pressure on the cold water supply line; 3) after the PRV has been installed, turn the water back on and test for leaks and test the fixtures for proper hot water.
