Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) install a new washer box in the laundry room; 2) run new hot and cold PEX water supply lines from the laundry room up and over to a bathroom location and make the appropriate water line connections; 3) install a lift pump at the washing machine location and run the discharge drain over to a 3-inch vent line and make the proper connections; 4) test the water lines for leaks and insulate the lines above the drop ceiling; 5) after the install of the water and drain lines, install a pump alarm and test the pump for proper operation; and 6) drill through the exterior wall and run a new dryer vent and pump vent to the outside area.
