Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak on a toilet in the men’s restroom on the second floor. We flushed both toilets and urinals 50 plus times, but we could not find a leak nor make a leak happen. We also checked inside a nearby chase and found no water in there. In addition, all the toilet flange seals were replaced in November of last year, so no leaking should have come from those seals. The maintenance man said that he sealed around a vent pipe roof boot last week. It was our belief that the water came from the roof and sealing the vent stopped the water intrusion.
