Pride Plumbing came out and after cutting an access in the shower wall, replaced a leaking three-handle bathtub/shower faucet valve with a new Gerber three-handle model along with 1) replacing the valve's handles, shower head and downspout diverter); and 2) converting the valve's copper above-floor hot and cold water supply lines to PEX piping and stainless steel fittings; tying them into the building's existing copper main water lines. We also replaced the bathtub/shower's drain assembly, P-trap, and drain line through the floor to under the house in the crawlspace, and to where it ties into the main sewer drain stack, with a new Watco drain and PVC piping and fittings and installed two plastic plumbing access panels to cover the hole we cut in the shower wall.
