Examined unit. inside of tank full of scale. removed tank from unit and cleaned out tank and element. reassembled. unit filled and heated. calibrated and tested. good to go. Customer has everpure carbon filter (ev960705 7TO) needs different filter to help with scale since water supply is well. Will call with filter price.
