Arrived at our client home to preform a single system maintenance inspection and preform the quality control check. I began by answer questions regarding the thermostat. I helped our clients connect the thermostat to Wi-Fi and connected the Lennox home app on their cell phones to the thermostat. We walked through different settings and discussed how to best use the thermostat to ensure the home is comfortable. I then proceeded outside to test and measure the refrigerant pressures on the system. I found the unit to be low on refrigerant and informed our client I would be adding more to help the unit run properly. I added the Freon and rinsed the outdoor coils as part of today’s maintenance. I also treated the drain line and ensured the unit was cooling properly on departure.
