Upon arrival found both high voltage breakers, 60 amp 240v 2pole & 30 amp 240v 2pole were not transferring power when switched to the on position. System has parts warranty. No labor Didn’t have high voltage breakers on service van. Offered to go pick some up at Home Depot for homeowner and come back to install. Provided estimate and homeowner wanted to just buy them himself and install. I insisted that I go pick them up and install but homeowner still declined. Homeowner didn’t want to pay the service fee.
