Upon arrival client stated that the thermostat was completely blank. We proceeded inside to the air handler upstairs. We noticed the primary to be clogged and float switch on secondary drain causing the unit to shut off along with the thermostat. We offered level 2 drain clearing adding blowout valve to primary line. Client proceeded with repair. Repair was successful and float switch is no longer engauged. Unit was cooling upon departure. Other recommendations: plenums and air handler need to be air sealed. Maintenance program recommended to ensure all electrical components and cleanliness of unit is maintained. Client wants to talk to her husband before making a decision about signing up for the maintenance service.
