Air conditioning tune up.Performed a VIP spring cooling maintenance on a 2019 York condenser and coil combo with a 2016 Goodman furnace. Upon arrival Customer said that everything has been cooling properly but the condenser had been making a terrible noise. Upon inspection the sounds that the condenser is making is coming from the compressor. It’s making a grinding metal on metal noise. The unit is properly charged and all of my amp readings to the compressor motor are within spec. The capacitor is good as well.
