We arrived to the clients home to evaluate replacement options. We attempted to contact the client and could not leave a voicemail as mailbox was full. We inspected the attic unit and identified potential spots in the home to add new return vents. The home has metal ductwork in reasonably good condition. All existing return vents downstairs may need to be moved due to being sealed off and over small size of existing return vents. The upstairs return vent would still work in its current location and condition. We will create and estimate and follow up with the homeowner regarding timeline, budget, and overall needs for the new system and the home.
