I arrived at our clients home for a single system cooling maintenance inspection. Our client had recently replaced her air filter and did not need it changed today. I proceeded to the outdoor equipment and began testing the electrical components of the unit. I found the capacitor to be on the edge of reading below manufacture specifications. The unit also had extremely high start and run amps. I showed this to our client and she asked if home warranty would cover the capacitor. I let her know I was unaware of what home warranty covers given the various different policies and companies. I proceeded into the attic and measured 16° temperature drop. I found the indoor blower motor to have oil leaking from it and the motor is pulling 16 amps. With the limit being 9.8. I showed this to our client and we discussed how the blower motor is causing stress on other components of the system. She again mentioned she would like to work with her home warranty but did request an estimate for repai
