Our client is aware that we are only able to fully check refrigerant pressures after the unit is completely thawed out and no longer frozen. As well as with a new blower motor installed. Standing refrigerant pressures does not guarantee refrigerant is within manufacture specifications. Returned to replace warranty blower motor in the air handler. Once replaced I proceeded to test and inspect the refrigerant pressures on the downstairs unit. I let the unit run for 15 mins and measures the temperatures at the AirHandler. I measured a 19° drop which is excellent. The refrigerant pressures also measured within normal manufacture specifications. At this time I do not see any indication of refrigerant leak. And the unit is cooling properly on departure.
