Upon arrival performed maintenance on hvac systems. Opened up systems and entirely washed out coils, Carrier unit is rotting away at the bottom of condenser, a lot of the shell has already fallen apart. Washing outdoor coils, i noticed coils were starting to fall apart and losing firmness. Advised client this is not in good condtion, client does not wanna do any repairs would like to get an estimate to replace system. System is r22 refrigerant. Condenser fan motor leaking excessive oil, showing a lot of signs of failure. Primary and secondary motor control in range. High start up amperages on compressor. Washed out condenser #2 checked refrigerant levels and amperages system is in range. Took apart fan to clean coil entirely. Dusted off all electrical components. Filters will be ready to replace next season. Indoor secondary motor control is beginning to get weak. Systems are operational upon departure.
