AC Maintenance, upon arrival system working and operational. I began at the outdoor condenser, took system panels off and cleaned condenser coil, system was heavily impacted with dirt and debris. Inspected fan motor for leakage or play, cleaned electrical compartment, checked and tightened connections. Tested system amperage and refrigeration level, all functioning properly. Tightened indoor furnaces electrical components and connections. Swapped filter customer had on hand, inspected safety switch and condensate lines. Checked blower compartment for dirt and debris, checked blower motor for oil leakage. Recommended outdoor surge protection on unit. Upon departure system is functioning and operational
