Arrived on site to preform a 20 point inspection of a 2 year old Lennox furnace. Upon arrival turned unit on into heat mode and verified the proper heating sequence. Inspected burner assembly and made sure combustion was venting proper through the flue vent. Inspected gas piping there were no leaks detected at the time of maintenance. Checked safety and limit switches on the furnace, switches and safety were operating normally. Switched unit into cooling and took a static pressure test, static pressure was a little high, changing the 20X30X1 or upgrading filter helped lower static pressure. Customer asked about diverting air flow to other rooms as the master bedroom and another room down the hall get too hot to fast, talked about dampers on those runs specifically to help with air flow, customer also was interested in taking a look at the downstairs system and maybe modify some airflow or making adjustments to the unit itself so that it doesn’t run constantly.
