When I arrived I was told that owner had dropped their thermostat. The screen was cracked and blacked out. I swapped out new thermostat before I started inspection. Maintenance performed on Lennox system. Checked amp’s of blower motor and furnace itself, system using low amps. The filter was still clean and can be replaced next maintenance visit. The temperature split was in range to heat home properly. Coil is clean, and gas line is in open position. Turned heating off and checked through all electrical components. All components operating correctly. System is operational upon departure.
