Arrived on site to perform heating tune up on a 2002 lennox unit. Client stated no issues and he knows it’s older. Cycled unit and was operational. Filter was replaced as last one was really dirty. Blower assembly is dusty but good. Motor seems good. Looks to have been replaced. Secondary lols new but is weak at this time and could fail in future. Inducer motor is over amping pulling 1.6 rated at 1.3. Inducer can fail in future. Gas line has no sediment trap. All safety switch are operational found drain lines clear but dusty and have no safety over flow switches. Unit is in range of Tempe rise. Found black flex ducting used and original but found they had a rat problem in past as there is ducting and insulation chewed up in attic. No protection on unit and highly recommend adding it. Cycled unit and went over all findings with client and he is aware how unit is doing and did hold off as he stated he’s letting it ride about to see how much more they can get. Client is aware of are
