Reviewed jobsite to determine issues with 2nd floor being much warmer than the 1st floor. Found air filter has not been changed since last July and was blocked. Checked airflows on furnace, was running at 1200 cfm and only connected to Y1. Found basement was very cold and there was much evidence of air leakage on the entire duct system -supply and return. Found one supply falling down and not connected properly. Reconnected duct and sealed up a few of the major leak areas. Measured airflows to each register. Ryan was previously instructed to close returns on the 2nd floor. Removed covers to open returns back up, closed off several supply registers on the first floor, particularly the one close to the thermostat location. Found Ecobee sensor still in the box in the basement. Connected Ryan to the Ecobee app and connected the sensor and placed on the 2nd floor to average the temperature was there was occupancy in the master bedroom. Instructed Ryan to run the fan and set to 4
