Arrived at customers home and checked boiler for why it is not heating. Found code d3. d3 code is low water cutoff. Purged air out of system. Small air pocket trapped at LWCO. Ran system for an extended period of time and no more code. Heating home nicely. Initially automatic water feeder not feeding water automatically. Made adjustments and now is working and holding pressure at 15psi. Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed gas high efficiency boiler. Checked over entire system. Checked programming. Everything is proper and correct. Venting proper and good pitch. Checked for water leaks. No leaks present. No gas leaks. System running great when I finished. System looked really good.
