Recently installed boiler not producing hot water or heating for the home, upon arrival found boiler on code D3, check water pressure and reading 15 psi, released some water so low water cutoff would reset, also during process noticed back side for low voltage connections, t t were not making good contact, repaired low voltage connection....check for operation ok boiler is working within specifications
